Returns & Exchanges

If you have an issue with an item or an order please take detailed photos of the problem and email them to us supplies @ mysticmoonshop.com. We will contact you on how to proceed. 

All of our items are handmade and take a good amount of time to make, therefore we ask, if you haven't purchased from us before that you order a few pieces as samples to confirm they will work for you. If you place a large order with us on your first or second order we will make a couple pieces and send them to your for confirmation they are to your liking. Once we get a confirmation we will finish the order and ship the rest of the order. 

Restock fee is 25% for items ordered incorrectly or items you don't need after all and returns and exchanges need to be back to us within 30 days.

Please be sure and check your orders when they arrive. Orders that are found to be incorrect after 30 days will not be replaced.

We do make custom orders for our customers if it is something we feel we can do for you. If you have an idea in mind, send us a drawing or photo of what you would like and approximate size and we will contact you if it is possible and a price for the item.
